  1. Step 1 — Someone fills out your contact form A potential client visits your website and fills out your contact form with their name, email, project details and budget. This instantly triggers the automation.

  2. Step 2 — They get a reply within seconds Before they've even closed your website they receive a warm personal email from your studio thanking them for reaching out and letting them know you'll be in touch shortly. No more leads going cold because you were busy with a client.

  3. Step 3 — You get notified immediately At the same time you receive a clean summary of the new inquiry straight to your inbox — their name, contact details, project description and budget — everything you need at a glance.

  5. Step 5 — Automatic follow ups if they go quiet If the lead doesn't reply within 48 hours the system automatically sends a friendly follow up. If there's still no response after another 3 days it sends one final message. If you've already spoken to them and marked them as booked or not interested the automation stops completely — it's fully hands off.
